2 black Americas

The late Senator from New York, Daniel Patrich Monaihan, caused a stir and an uproar of anger and outrage over 40 years ago when he concluded; We are heading toward 2 Americas, one black and one white, seperate and unequal. This was just over 40 years ago when the Senator went public with concerns regarding the break up of black family structure. The city of Washington and many within the civil rights movement were upset with Senator’s Monaihan findings. The question now is was he right or wrong?

The attached link will lead you to a story regarding, 2 black Americas, one high achieving in the image of WEB Dubois talented 10%. You know the names; Powell,Winfrey, Rice,Johnson,Jackson. The other black community, the mostly white media ensures you know the aspects if not the names; crime, unwed mothers, drug abuse, joblessness, uneducated, etc and mostly bad.

It is almost as if there is no in between. The link challenges the blackmiddle class to help lift the black america, stuck in poverty. This is a unfair burden, most of us are trying to hold on and even help our families in times of crisis. The way I have tried to help is by hiring people of color and aggressively pushing my companies to do the same. Check out the link, it has generated a lot of comments. I would like to hear yours

White women and Blackmen

What is up with that? Is it true successful blackmen perfer white women? Why is that the perception? I have married 2 blackwomen, my older brother 2 blackwomen, my younger brother, 1 white woman, does it matter? Lets discuss.

Please visit this link, I did and thought it was about US football players but it is about football players in Europe. Help me understand.
