Thanks for the award JD, to have this type of recognition so early in my blogging is amazing to me. I will have to think about my 5 for a day or two but it will be up no later than that.

  2. JD Says:

Latimer, It is awesome that so many deep thinkers from our community have blogs. We have some great black bloggers that are well known as evidence by their ranking, the 5 I picked have all started blogging since last fall, when I did. The Imus case is an example of the compassion of black bloggers, I have read at least 10 great post on this issue and all from black bloggers. We are making a difference. I could have had several more but I know you guys will find them for us

JD - Asante sana. I just began blogging in mid-January. It is an honor to have others respect your work at this early stage of evolution. I just try to do two things at this poing. First, I try to consistently post … right now my goal is a single post per day. Second, I try to pick up ‘best practices’ from other bloggers and bring them back to the Electronic Village.

Anyhow, this is my second time being tagged with the Thinking Blogger Award. My first five continue to make me think. However, there are many others. I will work towards having my new list up in the next day or so.

    Thank you again!

    peace, Villager
