Acting White
I came across a blog on The Afro Spear, called acting white. The author is a Harvard MBA and his blog is interesting. A post today spoke on Obama down playing race and the the potential role Affirmative Action could have on his 2 kids. I was compelled to take a test that came with a warning,”You may not agree or like the answer,” The test held no surprise to me but I encourge all to visit the site and be tested. I’ve taken this test. I can’t remember the results but it was interesting. I need to try it again.

That was an interesting test JD, it’s amazing how our subconscious controls us. I found myself responding to the pictures without thinkging.

Theo, it is compelling data and I enjoyed the outcome. Most of us do not need a test to understand,light is right, black stay back, is how most people’s subconscious mind works

LDW, your point is valid. What this means to us as business men, how does the subconscious mind work for people we want to do business with. It is important to know hidden objections and be able to work through it. In my case, I am 6ft 2in, 255 lbs, very dark skinned.Having an understanding of how people think has allowed me to still win by finding ways to connect with people.
