Is it me or is Charles Barkley right to vote for the Black Guy? I agree with Charles!
Football fans, Is it me or if Lovie hadn’t sat Grossman, it would have become a Lovie Issue and not a Quarterback Issue?
Moral majority, Are we giving white quarterback, Tom Brady a break for knocking up 2women within weeks of each other while still being unmarried, Is it me or is there a double standard.?

Sure it would have become a Lovie issue. It’s a Francona issue when he insists on sending a pitcher back out in the 7th inning when that pitcher is known to implode after 6 good innings.
And yes, I’m a LOT better off than I was 7 years ago.

Tom Brady got one woman pregnant. A woman he dated for 3 years who mysteriously got preggers right at the time of the breakup. Um, think that was a trap. Other than that. No babies moron, get your facts straight. The Gisele Bundchen rumors were just that, rumors and that was cleared by her months ago!

I admire Tom Brady and his leadership. He reminds me of Joe Namath in the way he is cool with the brothers. I thank you for your comment. I looked up the meaning of Moron and I am a lot of things but not a moron.My question remains the same, is there a double standard?

Thanks for the post. There are some nice eyebrow-raising questions that you bring up there.
I believe there is no need to call people names when they make a mistake. And this blog is very edutation and has alot of positive elements. Anybody can make a mistake like that and that doesnt make somebody a moron. To label somebody a moron from a mistake like that just tells something about the person calling names. Take a look in the mirror…perhaps you are the moron? Who nows?? Are you always right with your so called facts? i-do-not-think-so! So, no need to offend anybody on a silly mistake like that.I bet you and I have made worse mistakes! Peace and Love amongst all!(alittle naive but you can always hope)

I really enjoyed this post. It would take me most of the morning to respond to all, but I’ll sound off on a few.
Does OJ love white women? Is Paris Hilton a joke?
Should people leave Britney alone? I agree. For one, she’s human. For two, I’m sick and tired of hearing about the child.
Is Iraq worse off without Saddam? Yep. But not because Saddam was a great leader. He was a sadistical bastard. But what the U.S. has done is to de-stabilize a region with no plan for follow-up. Didn’t plan ahead, didn’t do the cultural research and homework. And now it shows.
Is racism an acceptable part of American culture? It’s not acceptable to those who are the victims. It’s quite acceptable to those who benefit from it.
I gotta get to work now, man. But I’ll be back!

Susan, if the only mistake was to ask about Tom Brady’s morals being held to a different standard than others and get one wrong that was widly reported by national media, I would be pleased, truth is, I am a homan being and not a perfect being. Your comments are always welcome. I am a fan of Tom and will watch tonight.You have successfully made me the issue, now answer my question, is there a double standard?

RA, thanks for having my back, the mistake was widely reported and I am not sure if the facts are right or wrong, if the commentors know Tom and are sticking up for a friend, then I understand the emotiom, if they are just fans like me then their emotion is sad.

Of course it would have become a Lovie issue. But what I don’t understand is why he benched him in the first place. Brett Favre has had his behind kicked for the last two years (partially because he really didn’t have any receivers) but he still played every game. I beleive Lovie should have kept Rex in…keep taking those lumps and get that act together.
Is Brett back?

Styleosophy,the difference between Rex and Farve, is Farve is a superstar and loved in Green Bay, Rex is the opposite. I am beginning to question Lovie’s leadership. Brett may be back but I hope the Bears win this Sunday Night. I am happy for Randy and TO, 2 superstars white media hates. The Barkely question by white people pretends that white people don’t regularly vote for other white people because they’re right.
The issue for black people is even different though, because it makes are social and moral sense as a marginalized group to want to have some one who is one of you to represent your perspective and interest in government where as the majority or he in power will not.
Still doesn’t mean I’m necessarily voting for Obama personally, but certainly his race is a factor for me, and a positive on.
On the Tom Brady thing, yes; but he does have a long way to go to catch up to Shawn Kemp or Travis Henry.
Recent incidents have shown racism to be a very acceptable part of American culture.
And OJ loves white women like George Bush senior loves broccoli.
