Strengths vs. Weakness

This is an excellent topic. As a recruiter, my income is somewhat based on my candidate’s ability to review their strengths and weakness. If they are able to provide a thoughtful and compelling analysis regarding, they should be able to master the rest of the interview.
There is a lot written on this topic and I would like to hear some insight from anyone who has provided any answer, or asked the question, regarding strengths and weakness. As follows is a couple of links to help you relate to this topic, strengths vs weakness Another link is, Tell Me Your Weakness
This post still receives daily visits so there continues to be interest. the link from Dublin is outstanding and I hope you review.

what kind of an answer are you supposed to give in an interview where they ask you what your weaknesses are? i was taught that its a good idea to tell them a weakness u had in the past and how u overcame it.

Computor backup, Thanks for stopping by. You are right, to be able to talk about overcoming a weakness is a good way to handle this question. I think to not have a weakness or not be aware of any could be as bad as having a long list.
